Lough Erne Pets
Lough Erne Pets is a new family run, purpose built luxury boarding kennels based just outside Enniskillen. These kennels are offering something completely new to the local market - individual kennels, each with central heating, solid oak doors rather than cage doors, televisions and rugs - five star pet care.
Lough Erne Pets approached Design Ink create a visual identity that reflects their unique, luxury and professional offering.
COMFORT - LUXURY - CARING - TRUSTWORTHY
Early on in the design process green came to the fore as the perfect choice of lead colour. The muted hunter green paired with sage has a traditional country feel which suits the rural setting of the business. The gold highlight adds that touch of luxury.
The lead serif typeface is distinctive and has real personality; adding a paw print to the letter O adds a little quirk. A simple linear illustration of a cat and a dog helps the viewer understand what the business is about at first glance.
The client came to Design Ink in the early stages of the business - the build of the kennels had just started. Establishing the colour palette early on proved to be particularly helpful for the client. Choices around the interiors and fit out of the building were made all the easier - colours and finishes were chosen with the visual branding in mind. As a result there is a consistency running through the premises and the online presence.
